Lifted …with music:
A space to enjoy and be guided by music with the assistance of cannabis, under the direction of the divine, through the vessel of Rio.
Join me from the comfort of your own space for Lifted …with music, a journey of sound, plant medicine and an exploration of your individual relationship with the divine.
Put on your headphones, intentionally consume your cannabis and be taken by the music and what it inspires in you.
Each session we will journey with different intentions. In some of them you may be inspired to move, dance, cry, shout or lay still and be quiet but all of them …with music.
*Attendees are definitely not required to consume cannabis. If you choose not to you will still be taken on a journey simply by being with the music.

Your own cannabis and consuming tool if you choose to consume

Space to move and/or lay down
A few definitions of the ingredients of Lifted …with music
Music: A gift to humanity that bridges the fields of the physical and non-physical realms. A vibration that moves us to experience the entire range of human expressions. A frequency that, with full attention, carries us to other dimensions or into the most sacred place of all, deep within our own bodies and emotions.
Cannabis: A plant medicine that, when used with intention, has the power to heal, reveal and connect us with our own divinity. When used in ceremony it can be an incredible ally in joy expansion, dissolving perceived limitations, shadow work, transmuting sexual shame, grief processing, and the simple enjoyment of being human.
God: A name used for the unnamable divine which we can each define for ourselves through direct experience.
Music + Cannabis + God: An ecstatic experience of pleasure, healing, transmutation + personal revelation.
Over the last six years Lifted has been the name for many different types of my offerings. Movement, meditation, men’s and women’s groups, healing breathwork, sexuality exploration, community, and healer support. Through all of these manifestations, Lifted has always included music as a key component and it’s held the intention that participants remember the divinity within themselves. The culmination of these many iterations of Lifted is Lifted …with music.
